Our Products are Handmade in Melbourne, Australia.Can you recommend the best way to clean your products?We highly recommend avoiding as much contact as possible with our Rose Gold/Silver/Gold Shiny beads to give them as much life as possible. They will wear eventually overtime; but to prolong their life, we do recommend avoiding contact with dirty/wet hands, perfume & strong heat. You are able to wipe down our silicone beads with a wet wipe to keep clean.Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind.
