When will my order be dispatched?
Our current turnaround time for all orders is 2-10 business days. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends, will begin processing time from the next business day.
This excludes custom, pre order & laser designs.
If you need an item urgently, please get in contact so we can do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you have placed an order and decided you wanted to add something else, if you have yet to receive a notification that your order is complete, we haven’t finalised packing it yet! Enter the code ‘COMBINE’ during checkout and leave a comment in the notes section to add to previous order (eg: Order #1234).
